We offer flexible pricing depending on the workflow. The most common structure is usage-based, tied to the number of times the workflow runs. In some cases, we add a small implementation fee to customize the system.

Either way, the goal is the same: first workflow in production fast, then we grow from there.

Most clients start with a single workflow. The scope grows once they see it work.

3–4 weeks to a first workflow in production, usually. It depends on the complexity of the workflow and how quickly we can align on requirements. More complex workflows or integrations can take longer.

SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, and Acumatica are the ones we know best. We've also connected to custom systems. If you're not sure, ask on the call.

One person who knows the workflow well enough to explain the exceptions. Usually a commercial director, ops manager, or sales team lead. We front-load that input in the first week of discovery so we're not pulling people into ongoing meetings. Once we're in the build phase, your team mostly just tests.

LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are powerful engines — but an engine alone doesn't drive anywhere. They're probabilistic by design: they generate answers based on probability, not fixed rules, so they sometimes get it wrong. Even the smallest workflow has 8 steps; a real B2B process has 20+. At that scale, a raw model drifts — wrong price, wrong SKU, wrong customer — and someone on your team pays for it. We build the operational layer around the AI: guardrails that catch errors, validation steps, and escalations that call a human when it matters. We stay on. The ongoing fee covers monitoring and adjustments. Most clients add a second workflow within 90 days.
